At The Scent Reserve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
